These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ExpressCare Solutions LLC website at expresscare.work (the "Service") and any appliance repair work performed by ExpressCare Solutions LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By requesting service or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

ExpressCare Solutions LLC provides in-home appliance repair services in Orange County and Riverside County, California. Services may include diagnosis, repair, and replacement of parts for residential appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, microwaves, and related equipment.

2. Service Appointments

Service appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. We will provide a time window by phone, text, or email. You agree to provide a safe work environment and reasonable access to the appliance being serviced.

3. Diagnosis & Estimates

Before any repair work begins, we will provide a diagnosis and a written estimate. Work will only proceed once you authorize it. A diagnostic service call fee may apply; the fee will be disclosed in advance and may be applied toward the final repair cost at our discretion.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur a fee as permitted by California law.

5. Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for each completed repair, starting from the date of service. The warranty covers defects in the replaced part and workmanship related to the specific repair. The warranty does not cover unrelated failures, misuse, damage caused by power surges, flooding, pests, or repairs performed by others after our service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExpressCare Solutions LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of food, lost business, or damage to property not directly caused by our negligence. Pre-existing conditions of appliances (including age-related wear and tear) are not our responsibility.

8. Cancellations & No-Shows

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no cost by notifying us at least 2 hours before the scheduled window. No-shows or cancellations made after the technician has arrived may be subject to a service call fee.

9. Website Use

The content on this website is for general informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

ExpressCare Solutions LLC is a registered firm with the California Bureau of Household Goods and Services (BHGS), Registration No. A.51277.
